Shouldn’t it be easier to move and resize things in Photoshop?

If you are on a Mac you should be able to select an item by holding down 'Command' and clicking on the item you want to change. On Windows it is the same, just with Ctrl.

If that doesn’t work, choose the item in the Layers panel and then hit 'Command+T' on a Mac or 'Ctrl+T' on a PC and a box should appear around the element, feel free to adjust it from there!
