What should I put in my portfolio if I don’t have any projects yet?
We recommend starting with the list of bonus projects in your Course. Your regular homework assignments are also great showpieces for your portfolio and will show a project’s entire lifecycle from start to finish. (Include everything from that user persona to your mock-up, to the actual code!).
You can also do some “mock” or pro-bono projects in which you design websites for markets that you are interested in breaking into. That way you can experiment with the tools and build up your portfolio at the same time.
