Why isn't my video loading?

At Skillcrush, we use a video service called Vimeo. If you're experiencing some technical difficulties viewing videos, try the following:

  1. Read Vimeo's "Watching Videos" FAQ to see if your issue is addressed there.
  2. Check their status to see if they are experiencing technical issues. They are usually resolved within a few hours.
  3. Try another browser until the issue is resolved.
  4. Check to see if the latest version of your browser is installed.
  5. Check to see if the latest version of Adobe Flash is installed.
  6. Make sure your firewall or network allows our content to be streamed. Some office environments may block videos, or certain videos that meet their criteria. Check with your IT department at your company for details, or contact support for your security software of choice.
